Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Contract Manager with CRO experience to join our team in a remote capacity. You will drive strategic business development activities, manage proposals, contract negotiations, and budgets to support patient-focused clinical trials.

You will collaborate with Operations, Legal, Business Development, and Finance to prepare client-ready proposals and contracts that meet deadlines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Business, Languages, or equivalent.
• 4–6 years in project support, finance, contracting, or proposals in CRO/regulated setting.
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, contract management, and pricing structures.
• Cash flow and revenue recognition knowledge.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving.
• Ability to work from home with irregular hours to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete RFP process, from receipt to proposal delivery.
• Develop strategic proposals and budgets in response to RFPs.
• Lead contract development and negotiation across departments.
• Establish account-specific contract standards and terms.
• Identify and mitigate RFP/contract barriers to meet deadlines.
• Manage multiple complex tasks with tight deadlines.
• Lead client meetings to negotiate costs and terms.
• Maintain documentation across systems for metrics and KPI tracking.
