Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Client Portfolio Manager to lead a business segment in a designated region. The role emphasizes enhancing client experiences, building long-term relationships, and engaging with field teams delivering services in the San Jose area.

You will meet or exceed operational goals by providing high-quality, professional service and an outstanding client and employee experience. A comprehensive onboarding program supports success. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in criminal justice, business or a related field, or equivalent management experience.
• 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume workforce or service industry.
• Proven leadership, teamwork, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction, tone, and client-specific plan for achieving agreed-upon service levels and measurable results.
• Focus on hiring, development, and retention of security officers and Operations Managers and Field Supervisors.
• Communicate high service level expectations consistently to the team for client and employee satisfaction.
• Engage with clients to share expertise and enhance the value of Allied Universal's offering.
• Coordinate day-to-day team effort to ensure services are delivered in a quality and cost-effective manner.
• Work with staff to ensure contractually scheduled hours are met with minimal unbilled overtime.
• Coach and develop personnel for advancement opportunities.
• Utilize WinTeam for scheduling, billing and reports to support business management.
• Enforce Allied policies and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across levels to solve problems and identify opportunities.
• Act as liaison between Allied Universal and the customer, including travel to meetings.
• Maintain records and prepare accurate reports manually and automatically.
• Maintain regular attendance and avoid late arrivals.
• Participate in community and business-related organizations.
