Job summary

All Allied Universal is seeking a Client Portfolio Manager to lead a designated region, enhancing client experiences and building lasting relationships with clients and field staff. You will guide service delivery, manage security officers, and drive measurable results while coordinating with Operations Managers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business, or related field
• Associate’s degree with 3 years of management experience in a high-volume workforce environment or service industry
• High School diploma with 5 years of management experience in a high-volume workforce environment or service industry
• Current driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or personal vehicle for business
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in building and developing teams
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience driving operational and/or financial metrics
• Leadership skills fostering teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and results
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a diverse team and client requirements

Responsibilities

• Set direction, tone, and client-specific plan for achieving service levels and measurable results
• Focus on hiring, development, and retention of security officers and Operations Managers and Field Supervisors
• Communicate high service level expectations to the team to ensure client and employee satisfaction
• Engage with clients to share expertise and enhance the value of Allied Universal’s offering
• Coordinate day-to-day team effort to ensure services are delivered with quality and cost-effectiveness
• Ensure contractually scheduled hours are met with minimal unbilled overtime
• Coach and develop assigned personnel for advancement
• Utilize WinTeam for scheduling, billing and reporting
• Enforce Allied policies as outlined by handbooks and memos
• Identify, analyze and solve problems for continuous improvement
• Act as liaison between Allied Universal and the customer; travel to in-person meetings
• Maintain records and timely reports manually and automatically
• Maintain regular attendance to avoid tardiness
