Qualifications

• 3-6 years of client service or project management in an ad agency or related field.
• Experience across digital, video, social, print and large-scale websites.
• Strong client relationship skills with documentation and feedback processes.
• Ability to manage multiple streams of work and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal discussions to foster collaboration and develop campaigns across departments.
• Support client discussions on delivery and review creative work for approval.
• Oversee internal workflow, routing, feedback, and asset preparation for media distribution.
• Direct project maintenance, organizing files and archiving.
