Qualifications

• 3-6 years of client service or project management experience in an ad agency or related field.
• Experience managing projects across multiple media including digital, video, social, and large-scale website maintenance.
• Ability to build trustworthy client relationships and support recommendations driven by business context and creative opportunity.
• Experience with scheduling, production best practices, and documenting feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal discussions to foster cross-department collaboration and manage project schedules, analyses, and kickoff sessions.
• Support client discussions related to delivery of various deliverables and asset approvals.
• Manage internal workflow, routing, feedback distribution, asset preparation, and meeting documentation.
• Oversee project maintenance, including file organization and archiving.
