Responsibilities

• Lead internal discussions across departments to advance campaign development and project scheduling.
• Support client discussions on delivery of assets, from strategy groundwork to final production approval.
• Manage internal workflow, routing, feedback, and asset preparation for media distribution; prepare meeting decisions and next steps.
• Oversee project maintenance, including file organization and archiving, ensuring on-time and on-cost delivery.
