Saatchi in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Client Partnership Manager to lead delivery of campaigns and projects, ensuring on-time and on-cost completion. You will oversee cross-department discussions, support client discussions, and maintain internal workflows for multiple media campaigns.

The role emphasizes client relationship development, documentation of feedback, and proactive collaboration with teams to meet deadlines with high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of client service or project management experience in an ad agency or related field.
• Experience managing projects across multiple media including digital, video, social, print, and large-scale website maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal discussions to foster collaboration across departments and manage key campaign development tasks.
• Support client discussions related to delivery of various deliverables and review creative work for approval.
• Oversee internal workflow, routing, feedback distribution, and asset preparation for media distribution.
• Directly oversee project maintenance, including folder and file organization and archiving.
