Job summary

Qualifications

• State Producer License for Life, Accident & Health required or must be obtained within 45 days of hire.
• 5 years of Account/Client Management experience or related work.

Responsibilities

• Review new products and services with clients to sell renewals and add-ons for retention and growth.
• Manage relationships at senior levels with clients, brokers, and consultants.
• Develop sales solutions considering competition and changing environments.
• Create and execute plans for retaining and growing membership and profitability.
• Serve as primary contact for strategic planning and client consultation.
