Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Manager - Client Services for its Retail vertical. The role leads all client interactions within the account, develops the plan with Senior Client Partner and Group Managers, and manages a portfolio with P&L of $30MM to $50MM.

You will drive market research, proposals, and revenue realization while guiding delivery collaboration. Candidates should have strong sales/relationship management, proposal leadership, and experience with IT and consulting engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent plus strong sales/relationship management experience.
• Significant business development and project management experience.
• Experience in the relevant industry/vertical.
• Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts.
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience.
• Candidates authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and build a portfolio up to $30-50M; own opportunity cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close.
• Collaborate with delivery stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of client commitments.
• Create the account plan including required relationships, opportunities, price decisions.
• Lead market research, competitor analysis; lead client presentations; manage estimation and negotiations.
• Partner with Delivery Manager to resolve issues impacting project delivery.
• Oversee and balance multiple projects across delivery managers/units.
• Drive revenue from go-to-market solutions within the assigned account scope.
• Collaborate with Solutions Leader to design tailored pitches and ensure revenue realization.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Account Plan outlining stakeholders, opportunities, revenues, risks.
• Provide pre-sales and proposal support beyond the assigned account scope.
