Marsh McLennan Agency LLC is seeking a Senior Client Manager in the Billings, MT area to act as the primary strategic partner with the sales team for high-value accounts. You will manage relationships, drive retention, and identify growth opportunities while delivering exceptional service.

The role emphasizes risk management expertise, client advocacy, and the ability to navigate complex commercial portfolios, with opportunities for career advancement within MMA’s business insurance practice.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of risks associated with large commercial accounts including emerging, cyber, regulatory and operating risks.
• 5+ years of commercial industry and product line experience with strong understanding of property and casualty brokerage or agency experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and accounts, providing high levels of service and responsiveness.
• Coordinate and produce insurance proposals, stewardship reports, analytics/benchmarking, market commentary and client deliverables.
• Provide insurance coverage analysis and recommendations for improved or additional coverage.
• Update customer information in the agency management system with accuracy and timeliness.
• Upsell and cross-sell opportunities with colleagues on sales and service teams.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure alignment with policies and workflows.
