Qualifications

• At least 5 years in commercial insurance brokerage or agency.
• Knowledge of risks in large commercial accounts and regulatory aspects.
• CPCU or CIC designation is a plus.
• Strong client service mindset and responsive communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and accounts with high service level.
• Coordinate insurance proposals, stewardship reports, analytics and market commentary.
• Support sales executives on calls and client meetings.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
• Identify and act on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure overall excellent customer service and adherence to policies.
