• 1+ years supervisory experience.
• Appropriate licensing as required.
• Insurance knowledge and client relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the strategic relationship manager and client liaison for self-funded accounts.
• Understand client day-to-day needs and tailor solutions while managing annual strategies.
• Share market expertise and keep clients informed about compliance issues.
• Champion Gallagher’s resources to maximise efficiency in managing client deliverables.
• Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process.
• Guide and mentor new hires and team members, fostering collaboration.
• Align with the account management team to ensure compliance with standards.
