Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Client Relationship Manager for Banking & Financial Services in the United States. The role focuses on owning the business outcomes for assigned accounts, guiding day-to-day activities, and maximizing margins and revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.

You will lead onsite teams, manage renewals and extensions, and collaborate with delivery to optimize resources and scope. Strong stakeholder engagement and strategic problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in a client facing role in a consulting firm or IT professional services.
• Experience managing Client P&L of $15+ Million including reporting and metric assessment.
• Excellent ability to influence and communicate with C-Suite stakeholders.
• Ability to interface at all levels of an organization.
• Strong oral and written communication and executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
• Understand the client environment, issues, and priorities
• Co-create solutions with clients
• Drive RFPs and proactive bids for renewals, extensions, and expansion
• Track BFS industry trends and propose proactive ideas
• Act as day-to-day point of contact for clients
