Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager to help commercial clients achieve their financial goals by delivering tailored deposit, credit, and cash management solutions.

You will build and manage new and existing client relationships, assess client needs, and collaborate with product teams to provide client-centric financial solutions. You’ll educate clients on available products, present insightful analyses, and ensure service excellence across the bank’s suite of business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Four to five years of relevant experience.
• Strong relationship management and business development abilities.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure.
• Knowledge of cash flow management and business credit underwriting with commercial credit training preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of basic financial accounting and analysis.
• Some knowledge of bank products and services that results in identifying opportunities to sell the bank’s products.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen with knowledge of diverse types of businesses, industries, markets, financial and economic concepts.
