Job summary

Stealth Startup is seeking a Client Partner to own relationships with banking clients. This role involves managing client engagements, leading meetings, and ensuring successful adoption of AI tools in finance.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years in technology implementations with strong communication skills and banking experience. The position offers a competitive salary and pre-Series A equity, alongside benefits like unlimited PTO and comprehensive medical coverage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technology implementations, program management, product management, or customer success.
• Comfortable owning executive meetings and navigating organizational dynamics.
• Able to think in milestones, owners, and outcomes.
• Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Identify what needs to happen without waiting to be directed.
• Experience in banking or fintech is a must.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for key client stakeholders.
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Lead client calls and executive meetings.
• Champion the client perspective internally.
• Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Identify and explore potential high-value use-cases.
• Lead enablement sessions with users and key stakeholders.
• Project-manage platform onboarding and implementation milestones.
• Develop and maintain project plans and status reports.
