Titan is seeking a Client Partner to serve as the primary contact for banking clients, guiding successful onboarding and adoption of their AI platform. The role includes managing complex client engagements, leading meetings, and communicating effectively across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technology implementations, program management, product management, or customer success.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements end-to-end.
• Strong executive presence – comfortable in executive meetings and navigating organizational dynamics.

• Serve as primary post-sale contact and manage client relationships.
• Lead client calls and executive meetings, driving decisions and momentum.
• Develop and maintain project plans and status reports for stakeholders.
