Qualifications

• Strong Account Management skills with executive relationships.
• Experience translating research into practical strategies.
• Proven sales capability including renewals and growth.
• Solid project management across multiple engagements and teams.
• Background in technology, business transformation or advisory services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid New York, NY environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology; advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client engagements and ensure measurable value delivery.
• Coordinate research and consulting projects for strategic clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops with client leadership and analysts.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership to identify growth opportunities.
• Shape account strategies and expand service footprint in key accounts.
• Monitor account health and proactively address client needs.
