Responsibilities

• Lead the full life cycle of initial and subsequent client deployments for MeridianLink software.
• Gather core credentials, third-party credentials, product requirements, and client documents.
• Review and troubleshoot third-party issues during deployments.
• Support client validation configuration and educate clients on capabilities.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet project timelines.
• Proactively communicate customer enhancement ideas to Product.
