Job summary

Capacity in North Brunswick Township, NJ seeks a Client Account Manager to manage day-to-day orders for brand accounts, including EDI processes for major retailers and direct-to-consumer clients.

You will own 4-6 accounts, nurture client relationships, and support quarterly business reviews while enabling self-service training and strong documentation. Travel within 5 miles may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Excel and day-to-day order management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management.
• Willingness to travel within a 5-mile radius and collaborate across teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 4-6 brand accounts.
• Manage day-to-day orders for retailers and e-commerce customers.
• Support quarterly business reviews and client training.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams and internal departments.
• Provide client reporting and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Monitor routing, costs, and order fulfillment processes.
• Investigate chargebacks and vendor returns as needed.
