Job summary

Capacity LLC in New Jersey is seeking a Client Account Manager to manage day-to-day order processing for brand accounts, including EDI and e-commerce workflows. You will cultivate relationships with key contacts and learn brands to provide proactive client support.

You will coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure on-time fulfillment, deliver client reporting, and participate in quarterly business reviews while traveling within a 5-mile radius as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service experience.
• Hands-on computer knowledge, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day order management for 4–6 brand accounts.
• Build and maintain client relationships with day-to-day contacts.
• Learn brands and services to advise clients.
• Support quarterly business reviews with clients.
• Empower clients through self-service training and documentation.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for order fulfillment.
• Update routing docs and processes per customer/retailer.
• Research transportation options and costs for clients.
• Provide client reporting and handle returns/chargebacks.
• Support on-floor client requests; travel within 5 miles as needed.
