CDM Smith in Texas seeks a Client Service Leader to steer our transportation design practice. You will lead the development of business strategy, build sales with existing clients and new ones across Texas, and oversee client service and representation on transportation boards.

You will coordinate project teams, pursue strategic capture efforts, and engage in professional societies to connect with potential clients. Travel up to 10% is expected; PE license and 12 years of experience preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, transportation, or structural engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 12 years of related experience; travel may be required.
• Equivalent related experience may substitute for degree.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business and maintain high‑value relationships with TxDOT districts for highway/roadway projects.
• Lead cross‑functional client teams to develop capture plans, proposals and presentations.
• Support Texas growth strategy and West US initiatives.
• Lead technical or project efforts on large, strategic projects.
• Be active in professional societies with potential clients.
• Demonstrate strong leadership inside and outside the firm.
