Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Client Engagement Services (CES) Specialist to directly engage with clients and internal stakeholders, coordinating requests with Gartner Analysts.

You will act as a connector between clients and the Analyst community to address technology and business questions with high ambition and drive. You will interpret client needs, provide targeted Gartner resources, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver actionable insights and problem solving for complex scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Read industry research to develop understanding of complex topics.
• Provide executive level customer service and guidance.
• Build relationships with Gartner Analyst community and access to Gartner content.
