Job summary

ADP is seeking a Human Resources Consultant to act as a trusted advisor to our largest clients, applying HR expertise and ADP product knowledge to solve critical business challenges.

You will build rapport and trust with external clients and internal partners, communicate effectively by phone and email, and deliver training and best practices to help clients succeed while upholding ADP's standards.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment with proven results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients using HR experience and ADP product knowledge to solve critical business challenges.
• Build relationships with external clients and internal partners to ensure client satisfaction and trust.
• Provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions to clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with clear communication and proactive guidance.
