RYNO Strategic Solutions is seeking a proactive Client Success Manager to serve as the primary contact for clients, driving retention and revenue growth through strategic marketing plans. You will guide client direction, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with internal experts to deliver measurable results while differentiating client brands in a competitive market.

You will manage weekly client communications, analyze performance data, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management in a fast-growing digital agency.
• Proven revenue growth through new client business and upselling.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for client and internal teams.
• Hands-on Paid Media and/or SEO with analytics using GA4 and Google Ads.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the execution of sophisticated, customized marketing strategies that align with client goals.
• Define and drive the marketing strategy for each client.
• Communicate with clients via phone/email/Zoom weekly and manage projects through the internal system.
• Analyze data from Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, GA4; create actionable insights and reports.
• Foster relationships with strategic partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Grow services delivered and revenues within your accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts/strategists and team members.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and new marketing tactics.
