Job summary

RSI Security is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager in the United States to bridge client delivery and engagement. You will oversee the relationship lifecycle, coordinate strategic touchpoints, and identify opportunities for expansion and long-term partnerships.

With a focus on client health, retention, and cross-functional collaboration, you will work closely with Delivery, Sales, and Leadership in a delivery-driven environment to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and success.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced professional services, SaaS, or cybersecurity/compliance environments.
• Comfortable managing executive-level client relationships and coordinating cross-functional communication.
• Experience supporting business growth conversations in a consultative, non-aggressive manner.
• High attention to detail with CRM and project tools usage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship contact for assigned client accounts throughout engagement lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders across operations, technical, compliance, and executive levels.
• Monitor client engagement, cadence, and overall account health.
• Maintain awareness of client goals, challenges, timelines, and evolving needs.
