Job summary

Terracon is seeking a dynamic client development professional to actively pursue new business for its engineering consulting practice in Mississippi. You will build long-term relationships with clients, develop proposals, and present qualifications to secure new projects.

You will leverage professional networks, participate in conferences, and collaborate with marketing teams to promote the firm’s capabilities while ensuring quality and safety standards on all engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 3 years related experience, or 7 years if no degree
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Ability to prepare marketing materials and compelling proposals

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Schedule meetings with clients and prospects to introduce or remind them of Terracon’s capabilities.
• Prepare qualification packages, written proposals and other client submittals.
• Utilize professional organizations and networking to generate client leads.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to pursue opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards on all engagements.
