Job summary

Terracon is seeking a Senior Client Development Specialist to support opportunities across Terracons environmental, facilities, geotechnical, and materials testing service lines in the Pacific Northwest. The role focuses on building relationships and connecting clients with solutions, while collaborating with technical leaders to drive growth and improve the client experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Marketing, Communications or related field.
5 years of related experience; or 9 years without degree.
Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

Develop and strengthen relationships that create opportunities for Terracon’s service lines.
Partner with client development, operations and marketing to identify growth opportunities.
Build connections with clients, industry partners, and community organizations.
Help foster a culture of relationship-building and client-focused thinking.
Lead strategy meetings for client and major project pursuits.
Oversee client development results, including pursuits, RFPs, proposals, and industry activities.
Regularly inform management of activities, progress, and career advancement.
Work with national accounts, sectors and marketing to support revenue growth.
Attend conferences and meetings as Terracon’s representative.
