Job summary

Terracon is seeking a Business Development professional for the St. Louis area to actively pursue new engineering consulting opportunities and foster long-term client relationships.

The role involves networking through professional organizations, preparing qualification packages and proposals, and coordinating with marketing and other teams to win new projects. Responsibilities include meeting with clients, leveraging contacts, and traveling as needed to generate leads and promote Terracon's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related degree plus 3 years' related experience; or at least 7 years' related experience in lieu of a degree.
• A valid driver's license with acceptable violation history may be required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the client development representative for an office or department.
• Develops and maintains long-term client relationships in the St. Louis area.
• Sparsely travel to meet clients and prospects for business development.
• Prepares marketing materials including qualification packages, written proposals and client submittals.
• Collaborates with marketing and NAMs to coordinate client and project pursuits.
