Job summary

Delmar International Inc. is seeking a Client Account Manager who will support the growth and retention of existing and prospective customers.

You will communicate clearly with clients, identify needs, solve problems, and provide timely answers, while proactively offering solutions and upselling Delmar's services. The role requires coordinating with internal teams to deliver end-to-end supply chain solutions and maintain a trusted book of business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales or operations experience in the 3PL Freight Forwarding environment.
• Experience in Ocean, Air, Ground, Brokerage or Warehousing is an asset.
• Fluency in spoken Italian is required to support Italian-speaking clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Understand customer objectives, challenges, and supply chain requirements; conduct regular business reviews.
• Collaborate with origin offices, procurement, and customer service teams to align operations.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve delays and issues, and lead cross-functional recovery plans.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and support contract renewals and negotiations.
