Highmark Inc. is seeking a Client Manager for PA Small Group to oversee a book of business and maintain strategic client relationships. You will renew accounts, sell new products and coordinate with brokers and internal teams to ensure retention and profitability.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with senior-level clients, broker partners, and internal departments to deliver tailored solutions and drive growth.

Formación

• 2 years of Account/Client Management experience or equivalent.
• State-specific Producer License for Life, Accident & Health required or must be obtained within 45 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Review products and services with clients to sell renewals and add-ons.
• Manage relationships at senior levels with clients, consultants and brokers.
• Develop sales solutions considering competition and political environment.
• Execute business plans and strategies for retaining and growing membership.
• Serve as primary Group contact for strategic planning and consultation.
