Job summary

Lighthouse Restoration & Construction is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to drive strategic growth across the DFW market. You will build long-term partnerships with commercial clients, navigate complex restoration projects, and act as a trusted advisor to drive revenue and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in property restoration, construction, or property insurance, strong B2B sales and account management experience, and proficiency in CRM platforms and Google

Qualifications

• 3+ years in property restoration, construction, or property insurance.
• Strong background in B2B sales, account management, and relationship development.
• Ability to navigate complex projects and communicate value-driven solutions.
• Willingness to travel locally across the DFW market.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and expand relationships with commercial clients, property managers, and key stakeholders.
• Generate new business opportunities while nurturing long-term “evergreen” accounts.
• Serve as a consultative partner, guiding clients through restoration and construction solutions.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Represent LRC Contractors with professionalism, urgency, and integrity in all interactions.
