1-800-Water-Damage-Careers is seeking an experienced Restoration Business Development Manager in McKinney, TX. The role focuses on driving revenue, profitability, and client relationships while overseeing cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in restoration or related operations, strong relationship-building skills, and familiarity with CRM systems and Xactimate. Travel within the service area and leadership responsibilities are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in restoration or related business development/operations.
• Proven ability to develop relationships and generate business.
• Strong understanding of water, mold, fire, and/or reconstruction processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within service area and possess valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development through relationships with plumbers, insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, real estate professionals, and commercial accounts.
• Develop new referral sources and increase business from existing relationships.
• Conduct territory marketing, sales calls, presentations, and industry events.
• Track leads, relationships, opportunities, and results using CRM and company technology.
• Lead and coordinate Estimators, Project Managers, Production, Administration, and Sales/Marketing teams.
