InDebted is seeking a Client Success professional to own a portfolio of US/global clients, driving satisfaction, revenue growth and strategic value. You will partner with the Director of Client Solutions to set goals, growth strategies and customer care excellence.

You will cultivate senior-level relationships, lead onboarding, and oversee monthly/quarterly reviews while applying financial discipline and leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and client outcomes.

Formación

• Five+ years managing client relationships in call centre and financial services.
• Strong understanding of banking and financial services trends.
• Comfort with AI tools to support productivity and client work.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end responsibility for client satisfaction and business growth across a portfolio of three or more US/global clients.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying and executing cross-sell and upsell opportunities with leadership.
• Facilitate monthly and quarterly business reviews with performance insights and product value.
• Lead implementation and onboarding of new clients, including compliance and reporting.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and costs for the client portfolio.
