Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience in environmental consulting or related field.
• 10+ years in business development and building client relationships.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and business software.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of strategic plans to grow consulting services (compliance, remediation, site investigation).
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities; negotiate contracts to hit revenue targets.
• Develop and manage key accounts; advance relationships to trusted advisor status.
• Lead client meetings, site visits, and industry engagements to promote services.
• Mentor project teams and ensure high-quality delivery of projects.
