Job summary

Reed Smith LLP is seeking a Client Relationship Manager in Atlanta to support the development and advancement of strategically important client relationships. You will partner with CRLs, PG/IGLs, and client teams to drive a coordinated and commercially focused client engagement.

You will lead client growth plans, prepare strategic meetings, analyze client insights, and collaborate with marketing, BD, and other teams to drive business development across practices and geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5-8 years' demonstrated experience in business development, account management, marketing, or a position focused on growing business
• Experience in a professional services environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage a select portfolio of life sciences and healthcare clients.
• Lead and influence the development and execution of client growth plans aligned to client priorities.
• Plan and execute strategies to strengthen client relationships and expand work across practices, industries and geographies
• Lead client prep meetings with lawyer team and present relevant research points
• Develop and analyse client relationship reports using internal functions
• Collaborate with Strategic Pursuits Team for panel appointments and pitch preparation
• Drive strategic client team meetings and monitor progress against plans
