Job summary

Reed Smith LLP seeks a Client Relationship Manager to support strategic client relationships across life sciences and healthcare sectors. You will partner with CRLs, Practice/Industry Group Leaders, and client teams to drive a coordinated, commercially focused approach to engagement.

Reporting to the Global Senior Director, Client Focus Programs, you will help drive growth, analyze client insights, and lead cross-functional initiatives across marketing, BD, and legal teams to enhance client

Qualifications

• Client service mindset and ability to manage client relationships.
• Experience in business development, marketing, or account management in professional services preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of life sciences and healthcare clients with CRLs and client teams.
• Lead and influence development and execution of client growth plans.
• Plan strategies to strengthen relationships and expand cross-practice work.
• Lead client prep meetings and present research points to emphasize value-add.
• Develop and analyze client relationship reports with internal teams.
• Collaborate with strategic pursuits and capture post-pursuit feedback.
