Circana is seeking a Manager to join our Entertainment Books team. You will drive strategic account management, translate data into insights, and deliver value through training and recommendations.

The role demands strong problem-solving, collaboration, and prioritization across a diverse client portfolio. Ideal candidates will bring a background in market research or client services, plus comfort with Circana tools and advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2-3 years of market research or client service experience.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with client and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Circana's tools (BookScan, Unify+).

Responsibilities

• Drive client growth by expanding relationships and aligning Circana's data solutions with strategic goals.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights to support client decisions and outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, needs assessment, solution development, negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
• Maintain industry expertise in retail and consumer goods to advise clients and position Circana as a trusted advisor.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.
• Leverage Circana platforms (Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to support engagements.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management and planning.
• Champion client success by addressing challenges and identifying growth opportunities.
• Provide market feedback to help refine offerings and contribute to product development.
• Demonstrate advanced analytics skills to deliver consumer-focused insights.
