Job summary

Circana is seeking a Senior Manager II - Softlines, Client Sales and Insights. You will partner with leading Softlines brands to uncover growth opportunities and deliver actionable business insights using Circana’s data platforms and analytics capabilities.

You will manage multiple projects, collaborate across internal functions, and translate insights into strategic recommendations for client leadership teams, driving measurable outcomes and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or related field.
• Experience with syndicated market measurement and consumer data sources (POS, Consumer Panel).
• Willingness to embrace new technologies and AI solutions to drive recommendations.
• Proven ability to deliver fact-based analyses that influence commercial decisions and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic revenue growth by expanding executive relationships and aligning Circana solutions to client objectives.
• Deliver insight-led solutions by translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional client initiatives with Product, Analytics, Operations, Customer Success, and Commercial Leadership.
• Build senior-level relationships across client organizations with decision-makers and influencers.
• Utilize Circana’s platforms (Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to support engagements.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management and account planning.
• Drive customer loyalty and retention by addressing risks and delivering exceptional experiences.
