Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2-3 years of experience in a market research or client service role, with hands-on exposure to consumer and/or POS data.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and to engage clients and stakeholders in a consultative manner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and internal stakeholders through a consultative, insight-led approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Co-Pilot, Teams, and Outlook; experience with Circana's BookScan and Unify+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Client Growth by expanding relationships and aligning Circana data/software with client goals.
• Deliver insight-led solutions by translating data into actionable insights for decision making.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain industry expertise in retail/CPG trends to position Circana as a trusted advisor.
• Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.
• Leverage Circana platforms to support engagements and delivery.
• Aim to meet or exceed revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management.
• Champion client success by addressing challenges and identifying growth opportunities.
• Provide market feedback to refine offerings and contribute to product development.
• Show advanced analytic skills focused on consumer solutions with actionable insights.
