Job summary

Barnes & Thornburg LLP is seeking a Client Growth Specialist to support the Client Growth and Marketing Department in driving revenue growth across multiple markets. You will assist Senior Client Growth Managers and Managers with pitches, proposals, and thought leadership activities, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to position attorneys for new business opportunities.

The role requires collaboration across practice groups, strong communication, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum of three years of progressively responsible, related experience.
• Strong business acumen and client-focused mindset.
• Demonstrated project management experience is expected.
• Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to leverage research and competitive intelligence for opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned practice groups in driving new business from existing clients and prospects.
• relay experience and identify synergies across clients and niches.
• Assist in organizing conferences, events, seminars, webinars and thought leadership activities.
• Collaborate with Communications, PR, Events, and Graphics teams to tailor messages for different audiences.
• Prepare pitches and proposals; act as quality control for content and experience management.
• Utilize business intelligence tools to compile data on prospects, clients, industries and trends.
• Manage collection and categorization of legal experience for pitches and proposals.
• Assist in tracking ROI data for pitches, proposals, sponsorships and memberships.
• Support Senior Client Growth Managers with administrative reports and presentations.
• Coordinate lawyer ranking submissions and industry/practice relationships.
• Assist in budget-related review of attorney expenses and related tasks.
