Barnes & Thornburg LLP is seeking a Client Growth Specialist in Atlanta to support growth initiatives across practice groups. You will assist in developing proposals, coordinating events, and leveraging research to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of increasingly responsible, directly related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience in a professional services role.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate insights into strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships across levels and work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned practice groups to drive new business from existing clients and prospects.
• Assist in executing conferences, events, seminars, webinars and thought leadership activities.
• Prepare pitches and proposals; QC content and manage experience data for pitches.
• Leverage research and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and inform go‑to‑market strategies.
• Collaborate with Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, and Design to tailor messages for audiences.
• Assist in budget tracking and input of ROI data for pitches, proposals, sponsorships, and memberships.
• Produce administrative reports and presentations for Senior Client Growth Managers.
• Coordinate industry/practice relationships and contribute to sponsorship strategy.
