Job summary

Barnes & Thornburg LLP seeks a Client Growth Specialist to support the Client Growth and Marketing Department in driving revenue from existing clients and prospects. You will help plan and execute business development activities across groups and manage data and content for pitches and proposals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in professional services or business development.
• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience in a professional services role.
• Strong business acumen.
• Demonstrated project management experience is an asset.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Client Growth Managers and Client Growth Managers to execute strategic objectives.
• Assist in driving business development initiatives to target new business and cross-sell.
• Collaborate with Communications, PR, Event Management and Design to deliver content.
• Prepare pitches, proposals and RFP responses; QC content and manage experience data.
• Leverage research and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities.
