You will independently manage increasingly complex accounts, drive revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling, and lead the Client Service Cycle from strategy through renewals and open enrollment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years client service and/or claims mgmt experience; supervisory experience desirable.
• Life and Health licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts of increasing complexity and grow revenue through cross-selling and up-selling.
• Lead Client Service Cycle: Strategy, Renewals, Open Enrollment.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing high-quality service.
