Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Golden Valley, MN is seeking a Client Executive – Select Accounts to manage and grow an existing commercial book of business. You will work with the Client Director and Client Specialist, handling daily servicing tasks and helping market and place new and renewal accounts while showcasing strong leadership.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years in commercial insurance, and knowledge of policy forms and underwriting guidelines.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to effectively service customers.
• Proactively manage book of business and develop relationships to retain accounts.
• Ability to evaluate clients’ needs and negotiate with underwriters.
• Be a self-starter; problem solver with good time management skills and organized to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance industry laws, products, coverages and markets.
• Review policy documents to identify coverage placements and interpret key policy language.
