Job summary

You will drive design wins to revenue at target clients, using consultative selling to relate industry insights to Microchip solutions and manage relationships across geographic locations.

The role requires a strong track record in sales, engineering/business background, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (or equivalent sales experience).
• 3–5+ years of semiconductor sales experience.
• Proficient in problem-solving, program management, and major account management.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aerospace and Defense markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Microchip's Client Engagement Process to drive design wins to revenue at select target clients.
• Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about their industry and offer unique perspectives linking to Microchip's solutions.
• Drive the company business relationship with the assigned clients.
• Identify key client stakeholders and coach them to build consensus for Microchip's solutions.
• Contribute and participate within a global team to develop and implement sales strategies across locations.
• Communicate effectively with Microchip product divisions providing ROI feedback.
