Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a Client Engagement Manager to identify and develop new business, reframing client thinking and co-creating value with Microchip's solutions.

You will drive design wins, teach customers through consultative selling, and manage key stakeholder relationships across divisions and locations. The role requires 3–5+ years in semiconductor sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in program management and Salesforce.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (or equivalent sales experience).
• 3–5+ years of semiconductor sales experience.
• Proficient in problem-solving, program management, and major accounts management.
• Prior Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aerospace and Defense market is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and build new business as a Client Engagement Manager.
• Reframe client thinking and co-create value by delivering clients the freedom to innovate.
• Drive design wins to revenue at target clients using the Client Engagement Process.
• Use consultative selling to teach customers about their industry and relate to Microchip's solutions.
• Build and manage relationships with key client stakeholders across divisions and locations.
