Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism or related field.
• 5+ years in a communications discipline, preferably in account service roles.
• Strong client-facing and internal collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and analyze client projects and needs.
• Maintain communications with client and agency teams; facilitate day-to-day client contact.
• Collaborate with PMs to manage internal/external resources and budgets.
• Lead meetings, produce notes, and ensure timely delivery within budget and margins.
• Develop recommendations and strategies for clients; grow existing business.
