Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related fields accepted; additional years of experience may substitute degree.
• 13 years of relevant experience required.
• Expert knowledge in consulting, energy, power, utilities, information technology, or cybersecurity.
• Excellent oral and written communication, strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building and collaboration.
• Experience with negotiation and commercial contracting.
• Ability to translate client needs into sales of consulting services.
• Ability to perform under pressure and on-site work environments.
• Professional Registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships to understand needs and manage expectations.
• Lead client-focused strategies and action plans for consulting services and offerings that drive sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to develop new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners to develop and execute strategic sales plans for services.
• Maintain and advance opportunities through the sales funnel and ensure satisfaction.
• Position offerings, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and manage accounts.
• Partner with sales and marketing to grow the business footprint.
