1898 & Co., part of Burns & McDonnell, is seeking a Client Engagement Director to lead client relationships and guide complex cybersecurity consulting engagements across critical infrastructure. You will drive strategic sales plans, shape tailored solutions with utilities and other clients, manage the sales funnel, and ensure successful outcomes through trusted advisory partnerships.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; related fields accepted; additional years of experience may substitute degree.
• 13 years of relevant experience required.
• Expert knowledge in consulting, energy, power, utilities, information technology, or cybersecurity.
• Excellent oral and written communication, strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building and collaboration.
• Experience with negotiation and commercial contracting.
• Ability to translate client needs into sales of consulting services.
• Ability to perform under pressure and on-site work environments.
• Professional Registration preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage client relationships to understand needs and manage expectations.
• Lead client-focused strategies and action plans for consulting services and offerings that drive sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to develop new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners to develop and execute strategic sales plans for services.
• Maintain and advance opportunities through the sales funnel and ensure satisfaction.
• Position offerings, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and manage accounts.
• Partner with sales and marketing to grow the business footprint.
