Job summary

Venturity in Dallas seeks an Engagement Director to own executive client relationships and lead complex engagements from onboarding through delivery. This senior professional services role focuses on outcomes, alignment, and accountability, guiding cross-functional teams to ensure value and sustainability.

You will partner with clients and internal leaders to ensure scope, economics, and deliverables stay aligned with promises.

Qualifications

8+ years in professional services, consulting, finance leadership, or client advisory roles.
Proven experience owning senior-level client relationships.
Strong business and financial acumen (budgets, margin, engagement health).

Responsibilities

Own the Client Relationship: serve as the senior relationship leader for assigned clients; build trust with executive stakeholders; guide long-term alignment.
Own the Engagement Outcome: ensure alignment between what was sold and what is delivered; monitor engagement health; identify risks and lead proactive course correction.
Orchestrate Across the Lifecycle: partner with Business Development before close; validate onboarding; lead transition to ongoing delivery.
Drive Accountability Across Teams: align Implementation Directors, Controllers, CFOs, and Operations; ensure ownership and commitments; intervene when needed.
