Job summary

Venturity is seeking an Engagement Director to serve as the executive relationship owner and strategic leader across complex client engagements in Dallas. You will own the full client lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing delivery, ensuring alignment, outcomes, and accountability across the engagement model.

This senior professional-services leadership role focuses on outcomes and accountability, not just execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in professional services, consulting, finance leadership, or client advisory roles.
• Proven experience owning senior-level client relationships.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Strong business and financial acumen (budgets, margin, engagement health).
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship with senior stakeholders.
• Guide long-term alignment and expectations.
• Monitor engagement health across delivery, scope, and economics.
• Identify risks early and lead proactive course correction.
